1. Try recharging it, it may have coincidentally died as you were pressing the button 2. Go into the ICUE software, if you dont have it then you can just search it up for a download link, then go into lighting options and manually change it there 3. Return it. You should be able to return it with a receipt or confirmation that you ordered it. It might have just been a messed up mouse.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Its not that it turns off the lighting, the middle button scrolls through all the profiles you have created in the iCue software. It took me a while to figure that out too. BTW the iCue software can be very confusing when dealing with profiles.
