• You have to have a PC. The stand plugs directly into the computer and you can use the stands USB ports to plug in devices that your computer will recognize

• You need a pc. It runs off a USB 3 connection.

• It’s a USB plug-in, so you generally yes, you do you need to have an available port on a PC or laptop, but it does come with an additional 2 on the base of it to act as a hub kinda. I imagine you could probably take some sort of adapter though to plug it directly into a wall, but it wouldn’t work the same at all as the cord for power is also what it uses to “talk” to the PC and change it’s lighting and other settings
