easy answer yes it will connect to both a receiver and Bluetooth device simultaneously........ however i have yet to get it to output sound from both at the same time and it will always prioritize the receiver.

Or if your BT on your phone is connected to your headphones and someone calls you while you're on the comms talking to your squad, the audio will automatically go to your phone until you click a button on the headphones to switch back over. Just a fair warning, if you do use the headphones for BT and if you receive a call with them on, chances are that whoever you're talking to may either hear you perfectly or some may think you really sound far away.
