• Not sure. My unit only gets like less than 10 feet of range. i would also like to know why it sucks this bad

• You would need a usb hub that has a long wire for the reciever.

• If your last model was a Corsair model, maybe it’s the Corsair drivers. Connect to to your PC and download the Icue software by Corsair and update your headset.
