Hi, You can fit a 299mm Gpu without removing the front fans. You might only be able to fit the H100 on top if your ram modules and motherboard allow you to. I don't think you can with a mini-ITX Mobo. I have a 287mm GPU, a Kraken M22, an Asrock X570 phantom gaming itx/tb3 and Gskill Trident Z Neo ram modules; I could only barely fit the radiator in the front center fan position and would not be able to fit any larger radiator on top. I love this case btw it saves real estate but you need to "tretris in" some components. I will attach a photo of my build for reference. Hope it helps.
