Yes, you have to add the actual computer components into this case. If I misunderstood what you were asking, though, the case itself is fully assembled, including the 3 fans in the front.

You’d have to install components in order to have a working and running computer. Think about a car, this is essentially just the frame. The engine isn’t inside of it yet, so it can’t run.
