• its more than enough for my 7900x so im sure it will accommodate yours, cant speak on if it can keep up with overclocking though

• I am not sure what normal levels are for you. I have a i7 14700k it works well and my idile temps are at 32-34C. Under load playing tarkov, i get up to 54C as my highest.
