Yes you can make it one color by downloading the Corsair iCUE software and configure accordingly.

Yes the user manual shows how to change the colors. Most gamers favor the louder key clicks.  This one is actually fairly quiet for a gamer keyboard

I don’t believe you can. The function key did not work for me either. When a key doesn’t work, it is pretty loud. Hope this helps you out.
