Hi Elusive, It's 104 keys as shown, no other keycaps are included.

There is about 104 total keys on this unit. It is the best one I've ever purchased and I'm not a gamer! My brother is into e-sports and he got to test it out and said it's much better than his Razr keyboard. For that price, totally worth it, fully customize-able, dedicated key features for Windows 7-10.
