A lefty may have problems using this mouse. It’s not just the sniper button that will be in the way, it’s also the thumb rest on the side of the body that could be problematic. I would recommend an ambidextrous mouse or one that is fully customizable like a few from SteelSeries.

Not left-handed myself, but you could get away with using this left handed. The sniper button is set into the piece on the left side a little, and it takes a little extra pressure to press anyway, so you could rest your fingers on the side without pressing anything you don't want. It might be difficult to use those three buttons, though.
