CH-9000121-NA, This is the ONLY listed model number for the STRAFE RGB. As per Corsair's website. http://www.corsair.com/en-us/strafe-rgb-mechanical-gaming-keyboard-cherry-mx-silent

Yes on the model number, you are correct. Id'd as P/N on the back of the keyboard.

Yes it is. The Part Number or P/N CH-9000121-NA is listed on the bottom of my keyboard I got from Best Buy.
