I'm pretty sure, No. It requires Corsair's software. In my experience the keyboard won't work right at all unless you uninstall the old, and re-install the new software that just was released recently. The process is pretty involved too, as you have to follow specific instructions to manually remove certain files left over after the initial uninstall. In addition, the lighting software has no built in help feature or directions and is very difficult to use.

Please try again later.My understanding is ASUS Aura is for onboard lighting of internal components and additional RGB lighting that can be connected directly to your MotherBoard. I do not believe that the Asus software will interact directly with the Corsair software to provide a single point of contact for all lighting solutions.
