the arms have about 6-8 inches of vertical adjustment on them. works great for me.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Arms adjusted all the way up are 30 inches from the floor. When the arms are adjusted all the way down the arms are 27.5 inches from the floor. Hope this helps.
