• The actual data? I'm not sure, you'd have to youtube that. As far as ratings go, if you had a 1 through 10 scale, this paste would rank 8.5, it's a top side gel/grease. It will operate better than a thermal pad would for sure. I use the PEA method for CPU's (pea sized in the middle, and let the heat sink spread on contact). It's never done me wrong, always solid cooling temps.

• Thermal conductivity is a material's ability to transfer heat. It is one of three methods of heat transfer, along with radiation and convection.
