Will this work with an Acer Predator Helios Neo 16? I installed one ram stick and all I got was a black screen. I’ve seen conflicting info on whether you can run one of these and one manufacture ram stick or if it must be two matching sticks. null

This is my own question and I’m hoping Corsair will answer this response.

I purchased a second ram stick and it still didn’t work. Bios are updated, ram was pushed in all the way, tried various combinations in different slots and it remained a black screen. Short of both sticks being faulty, I’m not sure what more I can do
