The product is good but the store attendant informed me that these notebook cames with 1 card 16 gb memory but the matter in fact is that cames with 2 cards with 8 memory, i bought an extra memory ddr5 but i could not use because his got mistake. I AKED GEEK To confirmed on the configurarions and he confered but it was wrong...Once I live in Brazil there no way tho change it.
A:AnswerThese are easy to install but buy 1 stick for now to make sure G15 can accept the ram stick. It seems my Dell G16 7320 does not accept these ram sticks. I have a feeling it will not work in your G15 system.
If Laptop does not post that means ram is not compatible with your G15.
Look for Cruical ram sticks instead as these are working for my Dell G16 if these ram sticks do not work.

A:AnswerNo, it is a single stick of 16GB. If you have a slot free, just insert it. I had 8GB installed, and added this 16GB to the free slot for a total of 24GB. Just make sure your computer requires DDR5 RAM.
