• No, that motherboard is meant for DDR5 while these are DDR4. They are completely different shapes, so this RAM wont fit in your motherboard.

• The RAM is DDR4 meant for AM4 boards, I tried to look into the one you asked about and if I read the right product description then yes they should work with the B560 since that uses ddr4 RAM and some of the latest intel chips
