spoke with your technician at 844#, and got the issue resolved. Thanks for your help. All good now.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure u put the ram in the correct slots and also check if your processor/mobo is compatible, also try re-seating the ram, and clearing the cmos by removing the battery feom the mobo and pressing the power button while its off and unplugged to clear the capacitors. Then replace the battery boot it up and try again.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. So the thing is... When you replace memory or CPU, *sometimes* you have to reset the BIOS. It also helps to clean the contacts (even with a new set of memory sticks). BEfore you do anything, (of course) make sure the CPU power cord is plugged into the motherboard and the power supply fan is spinning. If it isn't, test the Power supply with the "green line + paper clip" trick. If you don't know it, google around. If the power supply is good but the fan doesn't spin up, could be the mother board went south. Skip to the bottom. Turn your PC and you should hear one "beep" after a few seconds. that means your CPU and memory are good. After that everything else comes into play. After clearing the BIOS settings (also called CMOS) the PC should boot directly into BIOS. If not try F1, F2 or DEL keys. Now set the new memory and make sure the CPU is set correctly. If this doesn't work, or if you don't hear that first "Beep" then perhaps your mother board has a problem with your memory. Last step is to try just 1 memory stick in different slots. If 1 stick in all 4 slots reveals nothing, then try the other stick(s). If none of the sticks work, as a last resort try reseating the CPU. That is a big job so I left that as last. Also check the pins on the CPU to be sure they are all straight. If there is still no joy, then call the motherboard MFG and perhaps you can get a replacement. If you bought the PC whole then perhaps

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you do not know how to clear the cmos with the jumpers on the mother board: Pull the battery (CR2032 round battery a little smaller than a nickel) out of the motherboard for about 30 seconds, the CMOS may need to be reset to change the memory speed and timings.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your processor and mother board couldn’t handle the memory. Be sure to look up your computers service tag online to find memory requirements.
