Hi,

This would work only in dual channel mode or quad channel mode if a motherboard supports it. Since yours doesn't support triple channel, and in case you add this kit successfully to what your system came with, it would act as single channel.

Dual channel config needs to be installed in pairs in specific slots- refer to the manual for your motherboard for guidance
