In the BIOS, you need to select the XMP Profile that will allow you to run the memory at full speed. Look on YouTube for instructions on how to access and navigate the BIOS for your particular motherboard.

The kit itself may just never reach its advertised speed due to the motherboard/CPU's limitations. If you have any other questions, please reach out: support.corsair.com
