You need to check your system settings to see if you need ddr4 ram or ddr5. This product is ddr5. The difference is the pins and spacing where it connects. So you have to have the right one.

Should be a page where you can enter in your serial model number, of which it will bring up everything related to your alienware product including any replacement parts, and one of those should be ram. If they dont show the ram check the motherboard on that exact same page; should give you info on what ram is being used. Still, if all of this information is not their, call in to Dell support and ask a live representative for the necessary information (from personal experience). Hope this helps,
