• I would assume that possibly the speed is what is the difference as memory speed was not listed for the other set you were looking at. Memory comes in 2400, 3000, and 3200 normally with 3200 being the best.

• The speed and timings. These are 3.2ghz and the others are 2.4ghz. These are faster but depending on what you're doing tou may not notice a huge difference.
