Please try again later.Yes it will.. i bought same for mine and is basically the same build as yours... you just have to make sure your motherboard will be able to handle the mhz of the ram ( google max oc for your model of mobo ) ... i had to jump in my bois and change mine to run it... but it made a world of difference in my pc. Hope that helps
