There may indeed be a reason, but if there is, it is probably because of the market being hokey, as it often is. It does seem strange that these would be less expensive than the slower RAM. The only thing I can think of is that the 3200MHz has faster transmission timings. That being said, I haven't tested the 3200 and 3600 side-by-side, so I wouldn't even know how much of a difference there would be between them; probably too negligible to even notice, unless in bench-testing. Nice B-Die RAM though.

Please try again later.First place you need to make sure what your motherboard can take for example my Asus Z390A takes both i used to have 2666GHZ 2X8 16GB and i updated to 3600GHZ 2x16 32GB It's speed as Hight is GHZ as fast is it... As less RAM you have on motherboard as better is it so or you chose more wattage waist and maybe bigger Power supply (depends on all parts) or you chose Fast and height speed less wattage, that's why 3600 more expensive then 3200... hope could help
