“I have an Asus TUF Z590-Plus WiFi MB that supports DDR4. I am looking to upgrade my RAM to use RGB. Does this motherboard support 3600 RAM at its full potential of 3600? My CPU is an Intel i7-10700K. I'm debating going with either 3200 or 3600.”

I got this from the ASUS website concerning your Motherboard - TUF Z590-Plus. DRAM Overclocking Performance DDR4 OC 5133 MHz+ You should be able to use the RAM to full capability.
