You will have to contact directly on web site of your laptop bran with your laptop model SR no or service Tag etc or Best Buy customer service online with same information, I was helped by Bestbuy customer service

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Either one is fine. You can either get a two pack of 16 or a 32 GB RAM stick but 32 is the maximum it can hold depending on your device. I hear some can go up to 64.
