Please try going through the cleaning process listed below. If that does not work, please let me know so I can further assist you. First Step: 3 Tablespoons of Vinegar and 1 ½ cups of warm water in the base. Second Step: Rub the nebulizer with a cotton swab (circular item in the center of the base). 3rd Step: Let sit for 20-30 minutes. Use a toothbrush to scrub any residual mineral build up in the base, if applies.
