it has 3 3.5 mm jacks for speaker sets, 1 3.5 for headsets / mic and 1 optical audio / tos link out puts on the card.  
Its a few years old but still is leading in  2023, you can get a higher version but not from bestbuy

It has multiple auxiliary outputs and inputs with a single optical audio output. Found it on the manufacturers website with more pics
