• Hello If you mean create a new account or phone number from scratch, yes. Additionally, the sim cards also allow for you to place it in a new unlocked phone and apply it to a number that is already on your account. However, you may get mixed messages depending on whom you talk to, however, there are instructions that are included with the sim card (and minute cards) that outline the steps needed to complete the process The only intervention that you would need from a CSR is if you are porting over an existing number

• Yes, but don't bother. I spent hours trying to get them too activate it and they told me it was an invalid sim card and no manager could reactivate it.Best buy graciously refunded the money
