Ifs it coming thru your email they will give you a code then you just add to your phone I called cus service and they set it up for me I gave them my code and that was it

When I ordered mine, I went to the store to pick up a physical card that you had to scratch off to reveal your PIN number for use.

You have to retrieve the physical card in store. It then can be activated online.

I picked up a physical gift card. Maybe it's part of their verification process? I think they have to activate the code onto the card or something.

Seems like refill was not activated while pickup. Please check with Best Buy Customer care for activation.
