It depends if you buy it online or in the store. Online is something ridiculously short like 2-3 weeks. If never opened, they may give you store credit after that. It also matters if you are a preferred member (VIP status or something like that). Usually you would need to return to a store. I have had good experiences at some and terrible at others.
