“I asked this question previously but I am still having an issue. When I try to play a cassette tape, the door will not close...I was previously told "the tape may not be angled right" not sure what that means since it is still happening...please help!”

• We had the same issue. Intuition would tell you to put the cassette straight in. However, we found facing the tape toward the back at an upward angle appears to work.
