• Hello Daboss, Thank you for your post. Please share the complete make and model of the system to find compatible RAM. You can find complete make and model of the system on the underneath of the laptop. I check specification on processor, it shows that it is compatible with DDR5 and DDR4 RAM. Regards, Crucial
