We would like to inform you that Early 1TB and 2TB drives were also limited to 540MB/s, but as of May 2022, this is no longer the case. With the exception of units produced prior to this changeover, those sizes will run up to 800MB/s. Also, you will experience the speed according to USB 3.0 generation.
