“I have had my coffee maker about a week now and have tried various measures of coffee but, I cannot seem to get a good tasting brew, I hope it's not because of the coffee that I'm using because it always made good coffee in my Farberware coffee pot!”

Try using the BOLD feature. I do and use a little less ground coffee. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I too noticed a difference in my coffee flavor. It is because of the filter it uses to clean the water as it flows through the charcoal. To me it's a much smoother tasting coffee. Love mine. Hope this helps you out.
