“Under "Specifications" it states: "Performance Number of Waffles Cooked Simultaneously 2" However, when I look at it, seems it can only cook 1 at a time. Please clarify. Thank you”

It can only cook 1 waffle at a time. You have choice of two styles of waffles but only cooks one at a time.
