Can we warm regular milk for a one year old babies null

Technically you can warm up any fluid. It's just advertised towards baby bottles. It heats up water on the bottle and the steam rises to warm the bottle. We've used glass and plastic bottles.

Yes and you can use for small food items as well

Of course. You can warm anything in it, just follow the directions for how much water to put into the chamber to warm it up appropriately
