“I put 12 cups of water in, set the grinder for 12 and hit brew. I did this twice and it will only push 2 cups of water through the system. I still have about 10 cups of water left and it shuts off. I pushed grinder off and it only beeps.”

Strange but we kinda discovered that by opening the filter up and closing it back up resets it. Hope that helps. Ours is doing great. If we make a pot of 12 and then want to add water to the pot (like 2 cups) after taking a couple cups of coffee we do need to open the filter and reclose it. Also we turn grinder off.

Doesn't matter how many cups we set the machine to it only pushes out 2 or less cups of water then beeps saying it's done the brewing cycle when there is still water to pump through. Did you end up figuring out what causes this on your machine?
