I have a stock pot from this style. I think the only thing was that Cuisinart recommened not using metal pot scubbing brushes/pads if you wanted to maintain the mirror like finish. But on the inside of my pot, I don't really care so I do use it sometimes.

The one caveat is that if you want to retain the shine of the aluminum, then you need to use a product like Barkeeper’s Friend after regular washing to achieve that. This was the case with my more expensive stainless steel pans as well and so far, I’m not seeing a significant difference in quality between those and this set.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To keep your cookware shiny and to keep it from sticking from a buildup of minerals, always use our keepers friend after washing. I’ve had a set of stainless steel for over 30 years, and never have a problem with it sticking.
