“I have the ss-15 series and when I brewed a single service. It only made a very small amount and then stopped and all 3 lights on the single serve side came on. Does anyone know what happened? I cleaned out the bottom needle with a paper clip.”

As previously noted, put a paper clip in the hole in the top to clean it out, then run a cup of coffee without a K-cup to rinse out the hole. You will see grounds in the bottom of the cup. Repeat this until you don't see any grounds. This is the way to flush out the grounds you loosed in the hole.
