“My new ss-15 splatters coffee when brewing a single cup. I’ve owned other Cuisinart single cup models and did not have this issue. Is this a defect in the ss-15. Is there a fix.? Very unhappy with Cuisinart.”

• Single serve fails. Have cleaned capsule holder needles numerous time. Replace capsule holder??

• Watched the YouTube video - punctured 2 whole etc. still get coffee grounds exploding everywhere and in my cup. Seriously not happy.

• Watched a you tube video on this and it solved the issue... when putting in the pod, set pod and give it a gentle push to puncture...THEN Close the top cover!
