• NO, the small Black Button on the right is only to release Hot water by pushing it down, you CAN NOT make coffee on the right unless you have some sort of instant mix. There is a small compartment inside for a charcoal water filter, but the right side is mainly used to pour Hot water for Teas, soups, or maybe an oatmeal.
