Have baked four loaves so far and each one has been tasty, but dry; suggestions, please! null

Mine have all been dry too. I have tried adding extra olive oil and water but still no success. I have noticed if I mix the bread in the bread maker, remove, add tons of extra water and olive oil and bake in my Dutch oven that it’s pretty delicious and not dry at all. Doesn’t fix the issue at hand but it’s an alternative for better results at least.

Are you sifting your flour? Unless you are weighing your flour It makes a huge difference in the amount of flour you are using.
