- Answer You could take the bread out a few minutes before the timer says it's done. The thermostat on this machine is not reliable.

QuestionI am awaiting delivery of new 110 machine in Canada. Do the recipes use USA bread flour or Cancadian bread flour.? In my last machine I used Rogers Bread Flour. for bread machines. White or wholewheat Do I need to adjust recipes for this bread Flour.

- Answer No you place the yeast on top directly from its packaging. Make sure to create a little dip with a spoon or your finger and place the amount your recipe calls for in it.

- Answer The loaves we have made thus far are about 6"x 6"x4" based on the pan size. They can be between 1 and 2 pounds depending on the recipe used for bread type.

- Answer I take it your are referring to the inside pan used to mix and bake the bread. It is made out of metal with non-stick coating inside for easy clean-up. It has been a breeze to use.

QuestionWhy did I pay $10 more for Cuisinart CBK 110 bread machine you had it listed for $110 and one is listed for $99 I called Cuisinart they are the exact same machine there is no CBK 110P1. The model number on my box is a CPK 110 not CBK110P1 I was overcharge

QuestionI just bought a compact Cuisinart bread maker. I followed the recipe for gluten free bread exactly but it keeps coming out doughy/not cooked enough in the middle. Suggestions on what to do? I want fluffy gluten free bread...not gummy bricks. Thanks!!

- Answer NO not a dispenser but the ingredients are added in the same as they are listed in the recipe. So the yeast gets folded in properly.

QuestionHow do you disable the annoying beep during the bread-making process? it sounds off 20 beeps to add mix-ins and then another 5 to take the paddle out. I don't need to do either of these things and need it quiet in the morning to not wake people

- Answer The paddle beep means you need to take the bread out and remold it, it's out of tilt.
