Can you heat grease to fry. null

Dont see why not, water boils fast and can get a good rolling boil and stay that way as long as you need it. So im sure a pot of grease would as well.

yes, it works just like any other stovetop I would think you should use it under a ventilation of some sort if you`re frying with it cuz it might smoke!!
