Are these made from 18/10 stainless steel? null

No - They are 18/0 (18% chromoium, 0% nickel, 82% steel). It does not say anything on the packaging or literature, so I sent an inquity to Quisinart customer service for this answer.

Someone else on another site asked this and Cuisinart said they are not 18/10 but they did not say what their composition was.

No idea but they are heavy and beautiful. Awesome set
