Are these made from 18/10 stainless steel? null

No - They are 18/0 (18% chromoium, 0% nickel, 82% steel). It does not say anything on the packaging or literature, so I sent an inquity to Quisinart customer service for this answer.

Someone else on another site asked this and Cuisinart said they are not 18/10 but they did not say what their composition was.

No idea but they are heavy and beautiful. Awesome set

Hi no actually its 20 pieces Great set its actually elite as described. Because the feel and sleekness its definitely a innovative silverware set.
