How do the salt and pepper get on the food null

Hold the grinder over your food.

Hold grinder over food and just push the bottom at the top

Just add the peppercorns and rock salt to the sets then put them on the charging base. Once you have green lights they are charged. To use you simply pick it up, hold it over the food and press the button. Works perfect.

You push the button and it's battery Operated the salt and pepper grind out.
