• You can pretty much put whatever you want in there. Even sugar free stuff, but it's tricky with sugar free. There's a recipe pamphlet that explains pretty well how to do the mixes. Plus you can get creative, half the fun was messing it up and trying different settings etc

• Of course you can skip the liquor! Just make sure your drink has at least 6% sugar
