• It has the stock Wraith Spire cooler which isn't too bad for a stock cooler.

• Yes this rig comes with the stock CPU cooler. But I have it set to either 50% to 75% using the MSI tool that's included and it has never reach above 114 degrees approx. And I am playing some pretty intense games like Mass Effect Andromeda etc. Hope his helps.
