In terms of COD warzone, 30/40 percent higher on the GPU, and the same with the cpu, because intel cpus only support slower ram on the motherboards that prebuilts come with. But it has 2 more cores so 10400 will last longer and more upgradable. Both systems would be a great first pick, but I would suggest upgrading to 16gb of ram by inserting another ram stick in order to reach their full potental. I would go for the 1660s system if you can spare the extra cash.
